Health surveillance screening is performed to protect the health of employees by identifying the occurrence of work-related disease or conditions at an early stage as possible. FfD is a periodic medical assessment programme to determine each individual’s continued ability to perform their job role and manage any health issues which arise.
The above assessments would identify any existing or developing medical conditions which may have some impact on their job capabilities. Both the employee and management will be offered a report on the outcome of assessment and recommendations for any adjustment to duties.
